Volunteer Confidentiality Pledge
As a volunteer with the Kuwait Society for the Handicapped (KSH), I understand that I may have access to sensitive personal information regarding staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and member agencies, as well as confidential operational details. I agree to exercise caution in all discussions related to KSH and will not disclose any confidential information to anyone other than my immediate supervisor, and only when strictly necessary. I acknowledge that this duty of confidentiality extends beyond my active volunteer period and continues indefinitely.
Furthermore, I agree to act in a professional and courteous manner that aligns with KSH’s core values. I commit to following general KSH guidelines and will consult with a staff member if any situation arises during my volunteer work that requires clarification or guidance before making a decision.
Volunteer Policy and Handbook
By providing my signature below, I hereby confirm that I have thoroughly read, understood, and accept the terms outlined in the Kuwait Society for the Handicapped (KSH) Volunteer Policy Handbook. I agree to be bound by and comply with all policies, rules, and procedures set forth therein for the duration of my volunteer service. I acknowledge that these guidelines are essential for maintaining a safe, professional, and supportive environment for all staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries. I further agree that my signature will be securely recorded and maintained within the KSH system as formal, binding confirmation of this agreement.
Furthermore, I hereby grant KSH explicit consent to capture my photograph and/or video during my volunteer activities. I understand and agree that these media assets may be utilized for the issuance of my official volunteer identification (ID) card, as well as for KSH’s general marketing and promotional purposes. I also authorize the collection and secure storage of my required personal and sensitive documents, with the understanding that these records will be retained strictly for administrative, operational, and compliance purposes in accordance with standard privacy practices.
