Guide to Obtaining a Clearance Certificate
via the Sahel App

Step 1:

Open the Sahel application and select the Services tab at the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2:

On the Services page, select Ministry of Interior.

Step 3:

Scroll through the menu and select Judgment Execution Services, then choose Clearance Certificate Issue from the dropdown menu.

Step 4:

Verify that your full name appears correctly in the text field, then select Continue.

Step 5:

Select Download Certificate to generate the document. Save the PDF file to your local files or downloads folder so it can be uploaded to your Volunteer Application Form.
