Rehabilitation

Among the services provided are physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech‑language therapy, in addition to psychological, social, nutritional, and feeding services. Below is a detailed overview of some of the services offered by the Society:

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is one of the most important services the Society provides to its beneficiaries, especially children, many of whom require regular and ongoing sessions. These sessions are delivered by a specialized and highly experienced physiotherapy team.

The team also trains the children to perform certain exercises independently and teaches them proper sitting and movement postures according to their abilities, helping reduce the risk of injury. They additionally offer hydrotherapy sessions that support relaxation, soften tight muscles, and improve flexibility.

The team is further responsible for assessing and adjusting wheelchairs to suit each individual’s needs, training the children on their correct use, and facilitating safe and effective mobility, whether independently or with assistance.
